Simply Scrumptious is a bakeshop located in Greensboro, NC.  I specialize in made-to-order cakes and confections.  Local, organic ingredients and European style butter are the building blocks for all of my recipes.

Along with wedding cakes and other special occasion cakes, I also supply desserts to Rioja! A Wine Bar, Sticks and Stones Clay Oven Pizza, Beyu Caffe (Durham), and Grove Winery (Gibsonville).

I have been formally trained at Johnson & Wales University but have been baking in my family’s kitchen for as long as I can remember.  I try to be as environmentally conscience as possible.  From buying locally to using eco-friendly bakery boxes and compostable bags to composting my kitchen scraps at Massey Creek Farms.
